It’s a one-off $55, including GST. There are no subscriptions and no ongoing costs.
What is the Provider Kit?
A simple app for NDIS and aged-care providers that keeps your participants, support workers, shifts and case notes linked together, with a live dashboard of your open follow-ups and upcoming shifts. Use it on iPhone, Android or in your browser.
Where is my data stored?
On your own device, inside the app. It’s local-first: your participant information never leaves your phone, tablet or computer, and nothing is sent to our servers. You can lock the app behind Face ID or a fingerprint.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Because your data lives on your device, the Kit keeps working with no internet connection.
Do I need to install anything?
Not necessarily, you can use it straight away in your web browser. If you prefer, install the app on iPhone or Android; it’s the same one-off purchase.
Who is it for?
Small NDIS and aged-care providers, often still running on spreadsheets and Word docs, who want their participant records, support workers, shifts and case notes organised in one place but can’t justify a monthly software subscription yet.
Is there a limit to how much it holds?
The Kit is sized for small providers: up to 20 active participants and 4 active support workers, with up to 200 case notes and 200 shifts, and up to 3 support workers per participant. That’s plenty for a tight, well-run operation. When you outgrow it, Family Member Care scales with no limits, and we can help you move your data across.
Do I get updates after I buy?
Yes. Free lifetime updates are included, you get every future feature and improvement at no extra cost.
